John S. Lore, Esq.

Mr. John S. Lore, Esq. is the principal of Lore Law Office, PC.  Mr. Lore advises businesses and entrepreneurs on corporate and securities matters, with particular expertise in structuring Regulation D private placement securities offerings.    Mr. Lore also advises businesses on a broad array of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and structuring, corporate finance, contract Law,  business law, investment fund formation (including hedge fund, private equity and real estate fund formation) and other matters.  John Lore maintains offices in Salt Lake City and New York City.

Prior to founding the Lore Law Office, Mr. Lore practiced corporate and securities law at a number of law firms, including the private securities department of one of the largest and most prestigious international law firms in the world in its New York City and Moscow offices.  Mr. Lore has assisted companies of all size and sophistication level to raise capital through Reg D private securities offerings.

John Lore received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Utah, where he served as a senior member of the Utah Law Review.  Mr. Lore is a member of the New York State Bar and the Utah State Bar.
